Cooking With Ivy

After making waves as a fan-favorite cooking segment during Seasons 2 & 3 of The Ivy Vlogs, Cooking With Ivy is officially getting its very own, first-ever solo spinoff TV show! Watching the show grow from a cozy vlog segment to a full-fledged production is an absolutely amazing opportunity a true chance of a lifetime! While it feels a little weird to be doing this one entirely on my own, I am beyond excited to take this huge leap.

The Ivy Vlogs - Season 2 & 3

It feels like just yesterday we were watching the magic unfold in small, mouthwatering snippets. For fans who followed The Ivy Vlogs, the "Cooking With Ivy" segments in Seasons 2 and 3 were the absolute highlight, offering a quick bite of passion, flavor, and immense talent. "Cooking With Ivy" is graduating from a segment show to its own, first-ever Solo TV Show spinoff, officially coming to screens early next year! This is truly the chance of a lifetime. The journey from a featured segment within a larger vlog series to hosting a fully dedicated solo cooking show is a massive leap. While it might feel a little weird and wonderfully surreal to go from having the safety net of a larger show to hosting alone, this step is entirely earned. It’s going to be so different doing it solo, but the opportunity to create something truly mine is just incredible. From Season 2 to now, it's been an amazing journey. Get your aprons ready! The Cooking With Ivy spinoff is Set to premiere early next year. While it’s scary to step into the spotlight alone, this is a milestone moment for everyone who has supported the magic of the Cooking journey from the start.

What is the biggest difference in the kitchen now that you're doing a solo show compared to The Ivy Vlogs (Seasons 2 & 3)?

For two incredible seasons and a memorable part of a third you followed along with The Ivy Vlogs. It was a time of chaos, laughter, unexpected kitchen adventures, and a whole lot of fun. But as I step into this new chapter, I’m thrilled to share what is, without a doubt, the biggest difference in the kitchen now that I am doing a solo show: On The Ivy Vlogs, cooking was a segment a delightful piece of a much larger puzzle. It was part of the spotlight, but now? The spotlight is entirely on the craft, the flavors, and the technique. Doing a solo show means I can finally dive deep into the Magical side I have been passionate about sharing. No more cutting the cooking segment short! Now, we have the time to explore, to make mistakes, to learn, and to truly savor the process of cooking. This new solo show is about bringing you closer to the food, the recipes, and the heart of the kitchen, in a way I couldn’t quite do before. While The Ivy Vlogs will not be returning for their intended 4th season comeback, that doesn't mean the old magic is gone. The spirit of the vlogs lives on! In fact, I am thrilled to announce that the old gang will be making special cameos on Cooking With Ivy this season! You’ll still see those familiar faces drop by, and I’ll be sharing some stories and mentioning them as I navigate the kitchen. It’s the perfect mix of high-quality, focused cooking, with a dash of that beloved, fun-loving chaos you fell in love with.

Early next year is right around the corner! What is the biggest challenge in launching this show?

Launching the Cooking With Ivy solo show early next year feels like stepping into a new arena, and the biggest challenge is ironically the most exciting part: shifting from the master of all trades producer I was in season 3 of The Ivy Vlogs to becoming solely the actress and chef behind this new venture. It is a profound transition to go from being behind the scenes, writing, directing, and editing every frame to now trusting others with that vision, letting me focus entirely on the artistry of cooking. While I’ve cooked for my audience before, this new show demands a deeper, more refined level of culinary performance where the food must take center stage, requiring me to trust the process, the new team, and YouTube’s incredible power to connect my stories directly to you, the viewers. The challenge is letting go of the logistical reins to embrace the vulnerability of just being on camera, focusing entirely on flavor, passion, and the tactile experience of cooking, rather than worrying about the lens focus or the editing flow. This is a journey of letting go of control to gain a new kind of creative freedom, allowing Cooking With Ivy to not just be a vlogs series, but a professional, immersive, and truly personal magical experience that I can’t wait to share with you, proving that when you focus on what you love most, the audience will feel the heart in every dish.
