NEW TV Show Coming this November
This November 2026, I am officially shifting gears from the lighthearted fun of The Ivy Vlogs and Cooking With Ivy to launch a groundbreaking new TV show, The Day in My Life, a project deeply dedicated to the crucial, often overlooked conversation surrounding mental health. I am completely finished with people acting as if mental health isn’t a vital, real issue that deserves to be discussed, and this show is my direct response to that ignorance. As a former songwriter and singer, I feel so proud to be moving into this new, pivotal role as a Mental Health Actress. Unlike my previous, more curated content, The Day in My Life will feel more like an intimate podcast a raw, honest, and unfiltered look into the realities of mental health that I hope will resonate deeply with teenagers, parents, and little kids alike. I don't care if the talk surrounding this new endeavor is good or bad; my mission is to show that mental health is a massive, serious, and important part of life, especially for kids and teens, and as long as I am alive, I will be fighting to bring it into the light.

How does it feel to transition from a singer/songwriter to a Mental Health Actress?
It feels absolutely inspiring. This New TV Show The Day in My Life shows How Teenagers are not all there when it comes to their Mental Health which to me I think that is totally Normal for Any teenager to feel like that because Around this World All I See is People getting Bullied for Having Mental Health, People Are Laughing About it too and I'm opening it Up! I am a Teenager a Junior High School Student and have already finished my first TV Show script it feels more insane to me every single day that I did something that will shape people's minds within The Power of Mental Health!

Which episode from "The Day in My Life" Are you Like I can't Wait Moment & like you can't wait to Open up about that Topic onto Your Mental Health TV Show?
Ooooooo!!!! Good Question! Okay The Episode I Can't Wait for you All To Watch is one of My Favorite ones. So The One that is My Favorite One is Episode 7 Called Standing Up for the Teenager’s Validation Mental Health Support! So this Episode Really Spoke Out to me. I know For Each and Every Single Episode That Will Be On This Show Will have a message to Speak Out About. But this one in one specifically Really Made Me Cry into the only tears that Should be Coming Out. So Going into this Episode Since the Show is 1 hour Long Only for Each Episode. I Put 5 things into 5 topics I will discussing on that Episode I will go ahead I say what the 5 topics are : 1 (The Validation Gap Why Teens Feel Invisible & Social Media and the "Fake Validation" Trap) , 2 (It's Not Just a Phase" Validating Teen Social Stress) , 3 (The Power of Active Listening) , 4 (Moving Forward Turning Validation into Action) , 5 (The "Invalidation Epidemic" in Teen Lives) The One Topic Makes Me Cry A Lot is Topic 2 (It's Not Just a Phase" Validating Teen Social Stress) When We Had to do Production Early this Year I Kid you not I was Crying a LOT!!! After filming that Episode! And You Might think it's not that big of a deal well to me it is That Episode is Making a Stand to Teenagers individually because It's Really Hard to say this But let's Face it nobody is perfect! It Hurts me so much how whenever Parents or Friends Never Stand Up A Person's Mental Health Problem Let me tell you Something People! Mental Health is Not Something to joke if you are using it for joking matter then whoever became your parent did bad job as it.

What would you say to people who say you are "too young" to talk about mental health?
If we only let adults talk about mental health, then kids who are struggling in silence will never get the help they need. I talk about this because I know I am not alone, and I want to help normalize this conversation so that nobody feels like they have to wait to seek help. I think it's brave to speak up, and I want to encourage a culture where we focus on wellness rather than shame. Silence is dangerous, and talking about mental health saves lives. I’m proud to be part of that conversation, regardless of my age
